  • Shipping fee will be deducted from a refund where we are not at fault and the customer ordered the wrong size/item or decided to cancel after the order has been posted.
  • Customer shall be liable for all postage and admin costs if they wish to return an item if they ordered the wrong size or wrong item.
  • We cannot refund or replace items that are shown as delivered. We are also not responsible if the item is sent to an incorrect address that was provided during the ordering process by the customer.
  • We do everything we can to ensure that the prices on our websites are correct, and we try to keep our prices constant. Sometimes we need to change the cost of a product, either up or down. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time due to increases in the wholesale cost of our materials.
  • Prices listed in any other websites may not be accepted. We sell our products through a number of different online channels and we cannot always control when they are updated. We reserve the right not to accept a price listed on a site other than our own.

    AmbeRound assume no responsibility if any harm should come to the child due to misuse of our products. 

    It is not suitable for children under 3 years of age without parental supervision due to small parts that may break off and cause a choking hazard. Please do not give it to teething babies to chew or wear. It is not designed for that purpose.
    The decision to purchase our item is solely yours and the responsibility for correct safe usage shall be taken by the customer or user.
