Warranty

Amber products purchased from us are warranted for 30 days against any manufacturer's defects from when you received your order. If a jewelry item fails within that period of time, we will either repair or replace the new one. Warranty excludes all damage caused by abuse or normal wear.

The warranty does not apply if:

• Jewelry was intentionally broken;
• We do not replace lost jewelry;
• If it was not purchased from us.

Replacements and refunds are not available after 30 days.
